A graduate of North Carolina's esteemed Appalachian State University, Ms. Hines obtained her Bachelors of Science in Communications with a concentration in Public Relations. She has always been dedicated to helping people and encouraging individual and professional empowerment.
With more than ten years of training and development experience, she has been responsible for instructing people on all levels of the employment spectrum within vast industries and professions. She has also had the privilege of providing recruiting support and placing individuals within some of the largest and most reputable Fortune 500, non-profit and independent companies across vast professional sectors.
A few of the clients that she has directly supported includes: BearingPoint, Booz/Allen/Hamilton, Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), KPMG, The United Negro College Fund (UNCF), among other internationally recognized corporations and Global Oil & Gas and travel companies.
Ms. Hines has taken the breadth of knowledge and experience that she has gleaned from the corporate sector and she trains groups, students and individual job seekers on interviewing skills, effective resume writing techniques and on other areas of professional development that helps job seekers position themselves more favorably to potential employers.
She has spoken within a variety of organizations, institutions and associations, including: Neighborhood Centers, University of Houston College of Bauer, Texas Southern University, Remington College, among other colleges as well as to students within the Aldine, Channelview and Houston Independent School Districts as well as numerous other empowerment and enrichment camps. She has served as a panelist and speaker on numerous panels for organizations, including, but not limited to: American Association of Blacks in Energy (AABE), National Society of Black Engineer (NSBE), as well as Houston Area Urban Leagues Young Professionals.
Through Regional Consulting, Ms. Hines assists and encourages people to strive for their fullest potential and improve the types of positions that can be obtained by offering professional workshops and services that augment the quality of life for her clients. She also strives to impart knowledge in today’s youth and students that will allow them to set insurmountable goals, achieve them and succeed beyond measure.
