About the Founder

A graduate of North Carolina's esteemed Appalachian State University, Ms. Hines obtained her Bachelors of Science in Communications with a concentration in Public Relations. She has always been dedicated to helping people and encouraging individual and professional empowerment.

With more than ten years of training and development experience, she has been responsible for instructing people on all levels of the employment spectrum within vast industries and professions.

As a former recruiter for one of the DC area's largest- locally owned staffing agencies, Ms. Hines has successfully placed people within Fortune 500, government contractor, profit as well as non-profit companies.

Some of the best known companies Ms. Hines has recruited for include: Booz/Allen/Hamilton, Computer Science Corporation (CSC), BearingPoint, Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), United Negro College Fund (UNCF), USA Today, United Way, American Society of Training and Development (ASTD), Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) the American Diabetes Association as well as several internationally recognized Oil and Gas companies..
